• FOH supervisor
• to join our 38 person strong team. We are located on 415 S Front St., New Bern. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
• Responsibilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Proactively assist fellow staff members
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
• Complete administrative tasks such as inventory, ordering, filing, etc.
• Qualifications
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
