• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Supervise and train retail staff, including providing ongoing coaching and development
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including conducting regular stock checks
• Implement effective strategies to drive sales and meet sales targets
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
• Oversee merchandising and visual displays to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations “`Skills“`
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
• Experience in wireless sales is a plus
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Knowledge of retail math, including calculating margins, markups, and discounts
• Demonstrated success in achieving retail sales targets
• Experience in training and development of retail staff
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in inventory control procedures, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
