PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadershipexperience.

One-year experience in guest-focused business (retail,restaurant, hospitality, etc.).Working knowledge of all theatrecrew functions.

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in MSSuite.

Demonstrated ability to listen, communicate, and workeffectively with guests, associates, and supervisors in a fastpaced environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams andconsistently achieve results through resources. ESSENTIALFUNCTIONSCoordinate and coach theatre crew to perform the”essential functions” of their positions.

Reinforce “Wardrobe 101″policy with theatre crew.

Observe theatre crew performance andprovide feedback to management for discipline and performanceevaluations.

Optimize theatre crew placement on a round-by-roundbasis.

Lead teams and consistently achieve results throughresources.

Supervise, coach and coordinate theatre crew to executeand comply with Safe and Clean protocols.

Perform daily operationaland administrative duties as assigned.

Oversee opening and closingprocedures outside of operating hours (minus vault management).Maybegin opening procedures and/or finalize closing procedures.

Provideaccess to vendors for repairs and deliveries outside of operatinghours.

Assist management with floor operations.

Assign registers /distribute banks (box, concession, guest service, andarcade).Supply change, as needed.

Maintain and reconcile floorsafes.

Pull and count cash, cash equivalents, and coupons fromindividual drawers and enter results into computer system.

Preparedeposits and banks.

Accurately complete appropriate cash handlingforms; maintain and balance cash handling fund.

Perform dailyopening, closing, operational, and administrative duties.

Assist inthe preparation of the theatre crew schedule with final weeklydocument approval from a manager.

Participate in the daily inventoryprocesses.

Open tickets for system support issues and follow-up forresolution.

Resolve guest questions, concerns, and issues.

Researchguest issues related to AMC Stubs and credit card refundauthorizations.

Distribute and reconcile passes.

Listen, communicate,and work effectively with guests, associates, and supervisors in afast-paced environment.

Maintain regular personal attendance for allscheduled shifts to ensure timely performance of duties.

UpholdAMC’s Business Practice Standards and ensure compliance withcompany programs.

Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimalsupervision.

Perform other duties as directed by management.
