Job Description The Automation Supervisor provides operational and systemic support to the manufacturing and automation teams. This position work directly with the operation to troubleshoot problems or issues that arise, identify enhancements for the systems or processes that automated machinery is performing, and apply continuous improvement philosophy to improve the overall workflow efficiency and standardization. - Strong understanding of automation systems and machinery operations.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical and systemic issues.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions based on KPIs.
- Leadership experience in team management, coaching, and employee development. (has lead a team of 3+ people)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for SOP creation and team training.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and leadership teams.
