We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. This position is a little out of the norm but the ideal candidate will be responsible for running pool/spa water tests and recommending proper chemicals to balance customers pools and spas. This role requires knowledge of chemicals and pool/spa parts while providing excellent customer service. Duties Run computer assisted water tests and recommend proper chemicals to help balance customers pools and spas Interact with retail customers. Work POS machine Receive new stock, price and shelve Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Skills Experience in pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
