Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 – $16.25 per hour and isdependent upon qualifications and experience.

Brand – Spirit Halloween The Assistant Store Manager supports theStore Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up andteardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsiblefor supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved inthe overall operation of a store ensuring maximumsales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services,developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspectsof merchandising and inventory control. The minimum age requirementis 18 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands ofthe job require 8 hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders,setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Priorretail management experience is required.
