Hours:
7:00pm-12:00pm Monday – Thursday Pay rate: $18.00 per hour Weekly Pay! Please apply online at www.debbiesstaffing.com and select the Winston Salem Industrial office. JOB SUMMARY
Serve as primary onsite contact for client and associate relations; identifies and executes appropriate actions to resolve issues and/or escalates as appropriate at facility. Manage onsite associates and monitor results to ensure service plans are effective.
Position Responsibilities:
Use discretion and independent judgment to make hiring/firing decisions, motivate, direct, coach, evaluate, promote and counsel associates on behavioral and performance issues. Make frequent rounds of facility to ensure proper operation of equipment, materials storage and handling, cleanliness, safety, and other compliance measures. Fosters and work within an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety. Clearly communicate roles, responsibilities and hold associates accountable for delivering results Assist with onsite events for associates, including but not limited to recognition and retention programs, safety awareness and training programs, and cosponsored social events Facilitates treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents at the site. Interface with and develop strong relationships with client by understanding their business and staffing needs, processes, their policies and procedures. Communicate regularly with branch and/or area management concerning status of account and service needs. Assist with timekeeping, preparation of reports and other administrative functions. Maintain confidentiality and treat others with conscientious respect. Must be available to report to work DAILY as needed for new starts and line set up. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to pass all new hire screenings. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility. Never a fee! EOE
