Clinical Site Supervisor Comprehensive Pain Consultants Waynesville, NC 28785 Comprehensive Pain Consultants , a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a Full-time Clinical Site Supervisor , to join our growing and established practice in Waynesville, NC. Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients’ pain as much as possible. As a Site Supervisor , you will provide an exceptional and warm experience and demonstrate compassion to all patients experiencing chronic and/or acute pain. The right candidate for this role will be a great team leader and member ready to work with others in the clinic. Job Duties The Site Supervisor will orchestrate the daily operations of the clinic. Creating a warm, inviting environment for patients and teammates. Facilitate communication and relationships with teammates, providers, and other departments. Training teammates on processes and procedures of the clinic. Reinforcing standards with teammates. Organizing the office to ensure everyone has the equipment and tools needed. Evaluating the patient flow of the clinic, identifying “pain points” and engaging the team in continuously improving the operations of the clinic. Manage employee and provider schedules. Produce reports and use data to inform your decisions, such as patient volume and budget numbers. Ensure safety and privacy measures are implemented and followed. Manage local building issues. Education and Experience:

High school Diploma/GED required. Associates or bachelor’s degree in healthcare preferred. eClinicalWorks (Preferred) Minimum 3 years clinical setting experience in similar area of medicine Knowledge of HIPPA and client confidentiality laws. About the
