Retail Shoe Store Manager in Training 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 5418 Asheville Highway, Hendersonville, NC 28791 We are hiring immediately for an experienced retail store manager to start in our Hendersonville NC store and has the ability for travel/relocation in the future. This individual will learn all aspects of our store and be responsible for and oversee all areas of the store. Responsibilities Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Be a shining example of leadership to all staff Additional store manager duties as needed Skills Proven successful experience as a retail manager Powerful leading skills and business orientation Customer management skills Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
