Full Time Assistant Store Manager Confidential Statesville, NC 28677 Job Summary As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the retail store. You will assist in overseeing staff, managing the property, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising store staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Condust property checks, maintain physical appearance up to an including light maintenance and cleaning.
- Handle cash transactions and oversee cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service Requirements
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position in a retail environment
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
