Shop Manager Custom Tint Mooresville 105 Denver Business Park Drive, Mooresville, NC 28115 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at Custom Tint Mooresville. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of the tint service industry. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and manage employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Must be able to complete full tint jobs and windshields. Maintain effective inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers. Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed by all staff members. Foster a positive customer service environment by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Requirements 1+ year (minimum) Automotive Window Tint Experience. Proven experience in window tinting business. (Certifications a plus/not required) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail math principles. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
