This role is more than just sales leadership, it’s full-store management. You’ll oversee daily operations, finance and spin deals, and run the show like it’s your own business. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all dealership sales operations, including inventory, finance, and desk deals. Manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals. Spin and structure deals; close sales effectively and efficiently. Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and accountability. Drive monthly sales and finance performance in line with company goals. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain top-tier survey scores. Oversee showroom and lot appearance to ensure a welcoming environment. Uphold all state, local, and company compliance policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales management. Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. Experience with F&I, desking deals, and dealership operations. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Familiarity with dealership inventory software and CRM tools. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. High character, integrity, and commitment to customer service.
