As a Nursing House Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing hospital operations during assigned shifts and supporting clinical teams in providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate hospital-wide activities during assigned shifts Manage clinical staffing needs and ensure appropriate patient care coverage Facilitate patient admissions and transitions across departments Collaborate with department leaders and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and collaboration across units Maintain required nursing licenses and continue professional development

Requirements:

Associate degree in Nursing required Active RN license in the state of North Carolina BLS certification (within 30 days of hire) ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire) PALS certification (within 6 months of hire)
