Cell Team Lead – Night Shift ($26/hr) ?? 12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 schedule | 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM Join a fast-paced, tech-driven manufacturing environment where you’ll lead a production cell, ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot automation issues, and maintain top-notch product quality. Ideal for mechanically inclined problem-solvers with leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee material flow and machine operations Perform quality checks and visual inspections Support team training and safety compliance Execute setups, line clearances, and color changes Communicate with team leads and technicians
You Bring:
Experience in manufacturing/production leadership Mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, SQF, BRC) Strong communication and organization skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts Familiarity with SAP/MES and quality inspection tools
Bonus:
