Shop Supervisor Calico Coatings, Inc. 5883 Balsom Ridge Road, Denver, NC 28037 Overview We seek a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic workshop environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. As a Shop Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel to ensure effective workflow and productivity. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with management to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical or workshop environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
