The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to train and develop team members effectively. Serv Safe Certification is REQUIRED, or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. Duties Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Participate in the interviewing process for new hires and assist in onboarding new employees. Manage inventory levels by overseeing stock replenishment and conducting regular stock audits. Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a restaurant setting is

Strong background in retail sales with proven negotiation skills to maximize sales opportunities. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse customers.
