• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Operate POS systems efficiently
• Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations Skills
• Experience in retail sales
• Proficiency in POS systems
• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Knowledge of sales management principles
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus
