Job Summary Role Overview:
This role is responsible for automating reports and dashboards, developing and maintaining key metrics and scorecards, and communicating recurring actions. The analyst will also train associates on client expectations and deliverables. Creativity, analytical thinking, and clear communication are essential to support retail excellence in the field. What You’ll Do Be the bridge between field teams and leadership—collaborating, communicating, and aligning on what matters most Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards that drive visibility and accountability Own projects from start to finish—ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met with excellence Analyze growth opportunities across categories, suppliers, and customers to fuel smarter decisions Coordinate resources and align strategies to support broader business goals Present data in compelling ways that support negotiations and strategic planning Lead special projects that challenge your creativity and sharpen your impact Champion integrity, consistency, and a solutions-first mindset in everything you do What You Bring 4+ years of business experience (logistics or retail preferred) Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality Comfortable navigating change and thriving in fast-paced environments A collaborative spirit with the confidence to lead and the humility to learn Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in project management or retail operations is a plus Willingness to travel 20-30% across the region to stay connected with the field Associates at Canteen are offered many fantastic benefits.
