This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment. Duties of the General Manager include: Drive, monitor, and analyze sales performance through weekly/monthly dashboards and KPIs to ensure goals are met Implement and monitor up-selling techniques to maximize spa and team productivity Promote and develop the brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, HR reports, and payroll in compliance with corporate HR policies Set up effective schedules to ensure productivity and cost-efficiency based on activity and staffing needs Handle payroll, scheduling, inventory management, bank deposits, and reporting Ensure a friendly, helpful attitude to create an exceptional client/guest experience Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and common areas Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and adhere to company policies and protocols Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Passion for People!
