Retail Store Manager
- Smoke Shop 1.4 1.4 out of 5 stars 1525 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28205 High Life is looking for a motivated and strong leader to manage our busy retail store on Central Ave in Charlotte , NC. This is a full time gig requiring 35-40 hours a week .

- Starting pay is $13-15/hour PLUS uncapped commission !
The more you sell, the more cash you earn in commissions! You’ll also get paid for your training hours, and they’ll show up on your first paycheck. As the manager, you’ll be in charge of the daily operations of the store and working on boosting sales for a smooth-running shop. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 1. Run the store operations 2. - What we’re looking for: Awesome customer service skills, great communication, solid time-management, and at least 1 year of management experience. Retail experience is a big plus. You’ll also need reliable transportation to get to the bank to make deposits.
