Full Job Description Job Summary:

Closets by Design Charlotte is seeking a Full Time, Salaried Sales Manager to join our team in order to help manage the franchise operation and promote our products & services. Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner, the Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. K Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team. Interview, hire and train salespeople. Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings. Results driven toward achieving goals. Understand and know how to motivate a Sales Team.

Requirements:

2 – 5 years minimum – managing sales teams. Personal sales background of at least 5 years with a proven track record Commitment to following our proven, successful sales model.
