This is a full time gig requiring 35-40 hours a week .

• You need to be 21 or older to apply.
• Starting pay is $13-15/hour PLUS uncapped commission !

The more you sell, the more cash you earn in commissions! You’ll also get paid for your training hours, and they’ll show up on your first paycheck. As the manager, you’ll be in charge of the daily operations of the store and working on boosting sales for a smooth-running shop. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 1. Run the store operations 2. Manage the staff. 3. Communication

• You’ve gotta be all about making customers happy! 6. Sales and Marketing. 7. Make sure we follow federal, state, and local laws.
• Stay on top of tobacco policies and make any changes needed. 8. Manage inventory. 9. Merchandising. 10. Financial Management & Deposit Runs to the Bank
• What we’re looking for: Awesome customer service skills, great communication, solid time-management, and at least 1 year of management experience. Retail experience is a big plus. You’ll also need reliable transportation to get to the bank to make deposits.

• Store Hours are 8am to 11pm daily , with openers arriving at 7:30am and closers typically out around 11:15pm.
