Bonus Eligibility Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming experience at Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks in Charlotte, NC. Exhibit effective leadership and problem-solving skills to contribute to the store’s success. Supervise and lead staff members while upholding standards of excellence and cleanliness. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations smoothly. Supervise the daily store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures. Motivate and guide a team of employees through training and feedback. Address customer complaints promptly and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment as an Assistant Store Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a store manager or assistant store manager is required for this role. Strong leadership and management skills are essential qualifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for effective team collaboration. Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a key requirement.
