Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, pricing, and product displays to maximize sales opportunities. Implement effective employee orientation programs to ensure all staff are trained in company policies and procedures. Manage cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial protocols. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees to foster professional growth. Maintain an organized store environment that reflects the brand’s standards and enhances the customer experience. Collaborate with upper management on sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive store performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.
