Job Summary:

•The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing store operations, overseeing staff, handling inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing policies, and meeting sales targets. They are in charge of maintaining the store appearance, implementing store policies and procedures, managing customer inquiries and complaints, handling cash transactions, opening and closing the store, and managing inventory levels. •

Responsibilities:

•Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, proper stocking, and appropriate merchandise display. Implement store policies and procedures by ensuring all employees adhere to company guidelines and addressing any deviations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner to ensure a positive customer experience. Manage cash handling and transactions, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies. Open and close the store daily, including activating security systems and ensuring overall store security. Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and place orders to meet customer demand. Meet sales targets and goals by implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve performance targets. Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales efforts. Analyze store performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement. Provide store performance reports by preparing and presenting reports on store performance to management. •

Qualifications:
