Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
Manage day-to-day operations of the boat shop, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments.
Sales Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including promotions, pricing, and customer engagement initiatives.
Advertising:
Manage and keep up to date with marketing trends for social media, the website and other platforms.
Inventory Control:
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Staff Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a team-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction and professional growth.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the marine industry. Strong understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and financial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
