• opening and closing the shop
• Preparing shop for business
• Training staff
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and food items
• Upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
• Bus tables and clean up after customers
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register “`Qualifications“`
• Previous Management and experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
