Role:

Element Outdoor Living is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined team member to keep our equipment, fleet, and yard running smoothly. This hands-on position supports daily field operations and ensures crews are equipped and ready to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Sharpen and supply mower blades and key materials (oil, grease, filters) Organize and maintain shop and tool inventory Track vehicle mileage and assist with repairs and logistics Train team members on pre-trip inspections and fleet safety Assist with unloading/staging plant materials and daily job prep Perform basic equipment and lighting repairs Support install teams with yard inventory and field loading

What You Bring:

Mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills Familiarity with yard tools, fleet operations, or landscaping equipment Excellent time management and organization Ability to lift/move heavy materials Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid driver’s license required
