Revel 42 is looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Wilmington team. About the

Role:

As Store Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Wilmington location, including retail sales, inventory management, service coordination, and staff leadership. This is a hands-on role for a motivated professional ready to grow with an expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team across sales, service, and rentals
• Drive retail performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage store inventory, floor layout, and visual merchandising
• Handle scheduling, reporting, and store-level budgeting
• Communicate regularly with corporate team and other locations
• Ensure all employees follow company processes and safety protocols

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong background in retail, auto, or powersports industry preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
