Store Manager Small Box- Elizabeth City The Vault Lifestyle & Wellness Elizabeth City, NC 27909 The Vault Lifestyle & Wellness is a locally-owned retail store selling a wide range of curated selection of vitamins, herbal supplements, and natural health products that cater to various needs such as immune support, cognitive enhancement, stress relief, and physical performance. We also have products including Hookah, CBD & Kratom, edibles and more! We are looking for a result-driven Store Manager to provide support and motivation to the team. Applicants must be capable of working efficiently both as part of a team and individually. They will also share standard retail Sales Associate daily duties.

Management Duties include:

Providing great customer service Running the register Understanding all aspects of the job of the sales team Being able to explain, teach, and enforce company policy Carrying out employee evaluations Motivating other team members Addressing employee and customer concerns Ensuring that all paperwork, logs, and cleaning are done properly Maintaining a clean, and attractive store

Sales Associate Duties Include:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis “Go the extra mile” to drive sales Maintain store cleanliness, inside and out Actively seek out customers in store Retain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Comply with inventory control procedures

Skills:

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Basic Math skills Hands-on experience with POS transactions Familiarity with inventory procedures Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner If this sounds right for you, please apply! •
