Assistant Manager Duties:

• Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure excellent product knowledge and customer service skills
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
• Oversee inventory control and stock management to ensure accurate stock levels
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required
• Proven experience in training and developing team members
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in inventory control and stock management is preferred
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
