Job Description:

As an Area Supervisor, you’ll lead and support restaurant teams to ensure operational excellence, consistent execution, and strong performance across your assigned locations. You’ll be the link between store leadership and our business goals, responsible for coaching, development, and driving results.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple locations Conduct regular store visits to assess systems, service, and staffing Ensure compliance with McDonald’s and company standards Recruit, train, and develop store managers and shift leaders Monitor financial performance and support P&L accountability Drive customer satisfaction and resolve issues as needed Implement and track action plans to improve key metrics Maintain proper inventory and cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

5+ years of management or multi-unit leadership experience Background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) preferred McDonald’s experience is a strong plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Working knowledge of restaurant systems, staffing, and scheduling Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between stores
