The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Assistant Market Manager to support the daily operations of our Cary and Apex markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys leading a team, and shares our love for great food and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting the Markets in day-to-day operations across both locations Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and product placement Overseeing front-of-house team members and ensuring smooth shift operations Delivering excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns promptly Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards Assisting with scheduling, training, and team development Ensuring product quality and freshness in all market offerings Participating in special promotions, displays, and community events
Qualifications:
Previous retail or food service experience (management or leadership experience a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to lead a team with positivity and professionalism Excellent communication skills Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends Why Join Us?
