- Automotive Experience 5/years or proof of operating a 1M+ 6 bay shop.

Managers get paid a commission structure. Pay can range between 80k-120k+ The more experience the candidate has the better his possibilities for generating more. This is a performance position, If you think you have what it takes, we want to talk with you. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the automotive repair shop, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and stocking of parts and supplies. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing employee performance. Handle sales transactions using POS systems and cash registers, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Implement marketing strategies to boost sales and promote services effectively.
