Our Raleigh locations are growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead both stores, support our incredible team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. About the Role As the Store Manager overseeing both Raleigh locations, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll manage daily operations, lead team development, uphold brand standards, and work closely with ownership to grow the business. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and develop baristas and shift leads at both locations. Foster a fun, supportive, and team-first environment. Conduct regular coaching, performance evaluations, and team meetings. Ensure proper onboarding and completion of all training and compliance documentation. Store Operations Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and store cleanliness. Ensure both locations consistently meet company standards for service, quality, and appearance. Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction during peak and non-peak hours. Uphold and reinforce the

standards (Perception by customers, Every customer leaves happier, Recognize each customer as an individual, and Consistency). Serve as the primary point of contact for both store teams. Sales & Business Growth Cultivate a sales-driven culture focused on customer engagement and loyalty. Execute marketing promotions, seasonal rollouts, and community outreach initiatives. Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Report regularly on store performance and staff needs to ownership. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a leadership role within retail, food service, or hospitality. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations. Passion for coffee, people, and creating memorable experiences.
