IT Operations and Support Lead- Onsite in Raleigh, NC Optomi, in partnership with a client is looking for an IT Operations and Support Lead to join their team. This person will responsible for supporting IT operations across multiple locations and offices.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting various hardware, software, and other IT issues Monitoring systems for performance and efficiency Collaborate with an MSP to solve various IT issues related to the network, systems, and servers Serve as the escalation point via phone, email, and in-person Spearhead any new tool or policy rollout across the IT department Create documentation and SOP’s for other members of the team to follow Interact with various stakeholders, internal employees, and service providers across the business Apply today if your background includes: Ability to work in Raleigh, NC on-site 4-5x/week and travel to other locations occasionally Experience serving as lead IT Service Desk/Operations escalation point to resolve various IT issues Experience working with a ticketing system, Windows servers and OS, and Active Directory Experience communicating across the business in a customer facing role Any experience with 365 and Microsoft products preferred Experience onboarding new users to the organization and creating documentation
