Our Management, Community Support, Accounting and Maintenance Departments work cooperatively, as well as collaboratively, to ensure success and satisfaction for our clients. CAMS is on the search for a Part-time On-site Assistant Community Manager to aid in the management of a community located in Raleigh, NC. Prior HOA or property management experience is preferred. The position is Part-Time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and the pay range is $20 to $23 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job Provide coverage to front desk as needed Provide day-to-day administrative support Assist with communication with Board of Directors and Committee Chairs Schedule / prepare for and attend regular board meetings (quarterly) Act as Recording Secretary and distribute meeting minutes Administer Association website and post documents accordingly Attend Management firm meetings, as necessary Maintain communication with homeowners Review and process all owner inquiries Maintain entry system: assign amenity entry key fobs and entry gate information Maintain office inventory and order supplies, as necessary Maintain physical appearance of the on-site office Contribute to monthly management reports, on an as needed basis Assist with the ARC Modification process Receive and submit forms for approval Communicate with owner during ARC Modification process Contact and assist vendors for community maintenance and special projects Request proposals for services and follow up Report and communicate any equipment repair /maintenance services Assist with community compliance inspections to common areas to ensure proper care and maintenance of same Ensure adherence to the quality standard and health and safety regulations necessary for the Master/Amenity Associations Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to prioritize Customer-service oriented Able to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision Eye for detail Excellent planning and leadership abilities Understanding of budgeting and performance management, some accounting. Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
