Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Leadership Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique to ensure an exceptional customer experience Manage, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service Ensure the store maintains a beautiful, inviting atmosphere in line with our brand Handle inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational tasks Event Planning & Brand Growth Plan and execute in-store and off-site events in coordination with the founder Work at pop-up events alongside the founder, including potential travel opportunities Build and maintain relationships within the Raleigh community to increase brand awareness Marketing & Vendor Coordination Liaise with our marketing firm to ensure brand-aligned emails are sent out twice weekly Coordinate timing and content for promotional announcements, new arrivals, and store events Manage the ongoing relationship with RSG to ensure timely inventory delivery, restocks, and communication Qualifications & Skills 1+ years of experience in retail management, boutique operations, or a related field is preferred, but not required Passion for luxury retail, event planning, and customer experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to the needs of a growing business Willingness to travel for pop-ups and brand opportunities Perks & Incentives Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Employee discount Travel opportunities and valuable networking connections Hands-on experience in various aspects of a boutique business
