Position Overview:

We are looking for a Retail Store & Service Manager to lead our store sales and service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while overseeing daily store and shop functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales & Customer Service:

Guide customers in selecting the best pressure washer solutions, accessories, and maintenance packages

Service Management:

Oversee repair and maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality service and timely equipment turnaround

Team Leadership:

Train, support, and manage store and service technicians to drive productivity and customer satisfaction

Inventory & Ordering:

Maintain stock levels, manage product orders, and track service parts availability

Business Growth:

Develop sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and help grow the footprint

Customer Relations:

Provide expert guidance on equipment use, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries

Financial Oversight:

Monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize store profitability

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in retail management, equipment sales, or service shop management Strong understanding of pressure washers, industrial cleaning equipment, or mechanical service Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills Technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair processes (preferred) Strong organizational and inventory management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems Why Join Us?
