Manage your maintenance team, coordinating work orders and apartment turns. Own all aspects of sales management

Someone who enjoys selling and exceeding sales metrics. 2-4 years as a Store Manager, General Manager, or Assistant General Manager of a highly complex business. Comfortable holding accountability conversations and implementing performance improvement plans with your associates. Hands on, shoulder-to-shoulder with your team.
