You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing taxreturns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

PositionResponsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the taxdepartment, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on complex taxmatters
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations andensure compliance at all times
• Lead a team of tax professionalsand provide mentorship and training
• Build and maintain strongclient relationships to drive business growth

Position EssentialJob Functions:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals,partnerships, and corporations.
• Develop and implement innovativetax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financialoutcomes for clients
• Conduct thorough research and analysis toresolve complex tax issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Review and approve tax returns, financial statements, and othertax-related documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects
• Keepabreast of industry trends and best practices in tax management

Position Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field(Master’s degree preferred)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)designation
• 7 years of experience in public accounting, with afocus on tax management
• Strong knowledge of tax laws,regulations, and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail andaccuracy
