Position Overview:

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage team members, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and ready to bring energy and excellence to every celebration.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train staff on sales, customer service, and balloon techniques Manage inventory and restocking of supplies Ensure store is clean, organized, and presentable Handle scheduling and staffing needs Lead and motivate team to meet daily and monthly sales goals Respond to emails, messages, and special order inquiries Assist with event planning, balloon setup, and client orders Maintain POS system and daily cash reporting Collaborate on marketing and social media efforts Ensure a positive and fun in-store experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus Minimum 2 years of retail or management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for parties, creativity, and customer service Experience with balloons or event planning is a plus Tech-savvy; comfortable using POS systems, email, and social media Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented Must be flexible with scheduling
