Seasonal Manager Kellerhaus 259 Endicott Street North, Laconia, NH 03246 Join the Kellerhaus team and be part of our 119 year tradition of making candy, ice cream making, and gifts for our Guests. We are looking for hard working summer manager. Be part of a growing company with amazing people and help our store achieve the next level. The summer manager is responsible for overseeing all areas of the store. This includes training, ordering, and creating a great guest experience. Qualifications
- Management experience in retail setting
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control
- Strong customer service and team management skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of purchasing procedures and retail sales strategies
- Experience with cash register operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in retail management is a plus
