Full-Time Army Barracks is a one-of-a-kind Army/Navy retail store open to the public. We specialize in military surplus, camping, survival, and tactical gear, along with a wide selection of airsoft guns and accessories. Our shelves are stocked with men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, boots, backpacks, knives, swords, gloves, headwear, and a wide range of novelty items. What You’ll Do:

As part of the management team, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, overseeing daily operations, and leading a productive, positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example to support staff and assist customers Deliver outstanding customer service and handle unique customer needs with professionalism Oversee merchandising, ordering, inventory, and product flow Cultivate a clean, engaging, and shoppable store environment Hire, train, and develop staff to meet performance goals Manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures Communicate effectively with team members and senior management

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of retail store management experience is required Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills A reliable, ethical work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and occasionally climb ladders Flexible availability, Weekend availability is required to be considered for this position.
