Desired Qualifications:

Assistant Store Leaders must be exceptional in selling and must help customers with their communication and connectivity needs by following the BeMobile Sales Process. You must be willing to help Sales Partners strive for excellent Sales Process execution and to satisfy industry, company, and location standards while maintaining performance objectives and performance targets. Understanding customers’ needs and wants, personalizing and recommending the product or service available, closing sales, processing transactions, and collecting accounts receivable are necessary to accomplish these goals. On-the-Floor Coaching – Coaching consists of well-crafted, precision-based questions that guide a conversation and encourage people to develop their own problem-solving skills and amplify their self-awareness. The responsibility to have an effective coaching conversation rests with the coach. A coaching conversation should be guided by the Coaching Process to empower the coachee to self-reflect and arrive at a solution, new insight, or behavior change that will yield sustainable results.
