• Assistant Store Manager
• ! This is a working manager position that offers hands-on work with the business and the opportunity to make a real impact. The role involves working closely with the General Manager and the Owner to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform closing duties and oversee end-of-day operations.
• Collaborate with and manage a team of teenagers and adults, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure follow-through.
• Assist in making and preparing food, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer management, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor and control food waste to maintain efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are appropriate.
• Handle employee management, including scheduling and team development.
• Uphold quality control and implement cost control measures.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:

• Thursday:

• Saturday:

  11 AM

• 35-40 hours

• Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $18
• $20/hour (depending on experience). Plus shared tips weekly.
