Role:

As our Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced repair facility. You’ll oversee a skilled team of technicians and service advisors, manage workflow and productivity, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability through strong leadership and operational excellence.

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a high-volume automotive repair shop Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven success in driving sales and controlling costs Deep knowledge of automotive repair operations Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with shop management software (e.g., RO Writer, Mitchell, Tekmetric, etc.) ASE certifications a plus If you’re ready to lead a top-performing team and make a serious impact, we want to hear from you! Skills Proven experience in sales management within a retail environment. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customer demographics. Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to retail operations. Experience in recruiting and training employees effectively. Knowledge of retail sales techniques and best practices for maximizing revenue. Ability to manage pricing strategies while ensuring competitive market positioning. Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing customer engagement in diverse communities.
