Retail Floor Manager Pelham, NH | Discount Madness | Full-Time or Flexible Hours Available Discount Madness is a family-owned retail store in Pelham with deep community roots — and ambitious plans for growth. As we expand our custom apparel line, we’re looking for a Retail Floor Manager to take full ownership of our sales floor operations, lead our team, and help elevate the store experience. This role is ideal for someone who knows retail inside and out, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and has the confidence to make things better — not just maintain the status quo .

Responsibilities:

Oversee all sales floor operations and team performance Set up, stock, and maintain in-store displays , ensuring shelves are full and appealing at all times Proactively identify when something needs attention — whether that means jumping in yourself or delegating to others Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and accountability (including managing assistant managers) Ensure top-tier customer service and clean, organized presentation throughout the store Collaborate with ownership to set goals, track progress, and implement improvements Bring fresh energy and new ideas — and help us build a team that reflects those values You Might Be a

Fit If:

You have 3+ years of retail management experience (assistant level or above) You’re the kind of person who walks past an empty display and immediately thinks, “Let’s fix that” — and then does You know how to motivate a team while setting clear expectations You’re comfortable managing different personalities and building a better culture over time You enjoy being on your feet, staying active, and making the store look and feel great
