Our Supervisors are tasked with key store management responsibilities including assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance while maintain a safe fun environment! We are looking for an assertive, fast paced, goal-oriented person with strong communication and people skills! Primary Job Responsibilities Book, host and manage birthday parties Ensure compliance with established Funcity Trampoline Park rules and procedures Provide courteous customer service and respond to customer’s questions, complaints or requests Maintain proper employee/employer relations and addresses any questions in a timely and open manner, including disciplinary actions, recognition and performance evaluations Ensure customer safety while in the park Ensure the park is clean and presentable and that any park maintenance issues are completed promptly Assists staff in their job performance during peak activity periods or as required Maintain an image of competence and professionalism Provides or performs other services or duties as required

Requirements:

Must be 24+ years old Must be willing/able to travel for mandatory training

• Open availability including nights and weekends
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Reliable Transportation to and from work
• This is not a seasonal position, we are looking to add someone to our team long-term.
