Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the donut shops. The donut shop manager will be responsible for production, orders, distribution to other stores, and scheduling.

Position Responsibilities :
Food Service Operations:

Direct daily tasks (prep list, quality control, staff training) Donut production for the donut shops Donut production and packing for the other stores in and outside of the building. Production of all types of donuts and packaging Is aware of financial targets and works to plan and achieve them on a daily and weekly basis. Communicates with the General Managers to receive and supply all orders. Communicates with the commissary for assistance and partnerships of transportation. Completes daily logs and transfer sheets. Maintains food production that ensures the safety and quality of food according to policies, procedures, and department requirements. Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment. Assist with creating new menu items and promotions.

Employee Management:

Produce and maintain work schedules. Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork. Train/mentor other food service workers.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Minimum high school diploma or GED. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to kneel, squat, bend and reach to stock shelves. Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to thirty pounds. Let us tell you what sets US apart in the
